The last hero of mine who rubbed his shit on Washington's nose was Larry Flynt. Thirty-five years later Steven Colbert stepped up to the mic at a Senate sub committee hearing on illegal immigrants taking US jobs. Colbert personally picked beans with the immigrants everyone is talking about to see if theirs was the kind of job any corn-fed American is likely to want.
Free speech is a valuable right that shouldn't be taken lightly nor wielded recklessly.
Colbert's comic folly is priceless.
