Easy Lasagna

I've attempted this dish twice. Both times it looked like a baby diaper in a Teflon pan. The culprit: messy, floppy, overcooked noodles. Now I know the secret: Layer them dry and let the moisture in your meat sauce cook them al dente in the oven. Thanks, Kraft. Substitute Italian turkey sausage for the ground beef so your finished dish is more Guido's, less Applebee's. Also, my mom swears cottage cheese kicks Ricotta's ass. Apparently the thicker curds hold up better in the browning phase of the baking process.
